Order processing & handling

Orders are prepared at our fulfillment centers. Processing time is the time taken to pick, pack and hand over to the courier.

  • Standard processing time: Same day or next day for most in-stock items.
  • High-demand / Pre-order items: 7–21 business days — check the product page.
  • Order cutoff time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST (Mon–Sat) are usually processed the same day; orders after that will be processed the next business day.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping across India on all orders. There is no minimum order value and no shipping fees at checkout.

Domestic delivery estimates

Estimated transit times after the order has been handed to the courier. Actual delivery time may vary based on local conditions and courier operations.

Delivery estimates exclude processing time. Public holidays and force majeure events may affect delivery timelines.

Tracking your order

We'll email and SMS a tracking number once your order ships. Use that link to follow live courier updates.

If you don't receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, contact Contact@daiyamondo.in with your order ID.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
If the order hasn't been dispatched, we can update the address — email Contact@daiyamondo.in with your order ID immediately. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes — COD is available for select pincodes. Availability and any COD charges are shown at checkout.

Can you deliver to P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO?
P.O. Boxes are supported for select services. Some couriers do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. If the pin does not work at checkout, contact us.

What happens if I'm not at home for delivery?
The courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a nearby service point. For high-value orders, consider alternate delivery addresses or pickup points.
