Order cancellations
Customers may request order cancellations from the time the order is placed until the order is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed through the website.
If your order is urgent and you need to cancel after dispatch, please contact us immediately — we will try to help depending on the courier status, but cancellation after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

Important — Unboxing video requirement
When you receive the product, record a short unboxing video (clearly showing the sealed packaging, product, and any accessories) without altering or editing the footage. Edited, trimmed or manipulated videos will not be accepted as valid evidence for returns.
The unboxing video helps us verify product condition and packaging at delivery. Please make sure the video is clear and shows the package opening and the product in its delivered condition.
How to request a return
- Record an unboxing video immediately upon delivery (do not edit).
- Contact our returns team on WhatsApp at +91-9821606952 and share your order ID, a short message, and the unedited video.
- Our team will review and respond with the next steps, typically within 48 business hours.
Refund processing
Once your return is approved and we receive the product in acceptable condition, we will process the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund amounts may be adjusted in case the product shows signs of use, missing accessories, or damage not reported in the unboxing video.
Exceptions & non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons — check the product page for specific return rules. Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to, consumables, opened personal care items, and items clearly marked as final sale on the product page.
